When will my order ship?

During busy seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your cozy items out as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, but as a general guide:

  • Standard domestic: typically 3–7 business days after shipping
  • Expedited domestic: typically 2–3 business days after shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout once you enter your shipping address. Please be aware that customs fees, duties, or taxes may be charged by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can click that link at any time to see the latest status of your shipment. If you didn’t receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us and we’ll resend the tracking information.

My tracking shows “delivered,” but I don’t have my package. What should I do?

Don’t worry, this happens sometimes. Here are a few steps that usually help:

  • Check around your mailbox, porch, building lobby, or with neighbors/roommates.
  • Look for a notice from the carrier (e.g., attempted delivery slip).
  • Wait 24–48 hours, as packages sometimes show as delivered slightly early.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know what sock size to order?

Our sock sizes are generally based on shoe size. You can view our detailed size guide on each product page, but as a quick reference:

  • Small / Women’s: typically fits US women’s sizes 5–8
  • Medium: typically fits US women’s 8.5–10.5 / men’s 7–9
  • Large: typically fits US men’s 9.5–12

If you’re between sizes and prefer a snug fit, you may want to size down. If you prefer a roomier fit, sizing up is usually best.

What if I’m between sizes?

If you’re right between sizes and not sure what to choose, think about how you like your socks to feel:

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, you can typically return unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes, if the size or color you need is in stock, we’re happy to help you exchange. Simply follow the instructions on our Returns & Exchanges page or contact us with your order number and what you’d like to change.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

I forgot to apply my discount code. Can you add it later?

Can I send my order as a gift?

Absolutely! You can enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. Depending on your region, we may also offer gift notes or gift packaging options. We never include prices on packing slips in gift orders.

How do I update my address or account details?
